Abstract
Using the optimized conditions, the determination of buckwheat rutin was set up by high performance liquid chromatography. Buckwheat sample was weighed amount of powder after drying, the addition of methanol, in ultrasonic extraction at 60 ℃ in 2 h,the extracted fluid volume, on HPLC analysis and detection. Chromatographic conditions was as follows: Agilent C18column(4.6 mm ×150 mm, 5 μm), column temperature was 30 ℃, the mobile phase methanol∶0.5% phosphoric acid(V/V)was 40∶60, flow rate was1 m L/min, the injection volume was 10 μL, the detection wavelength was 257 nm. The results showed that the method was accurate, sensitive, reproducible, but also for the identification and selection of rutin extraction and further high rutin buckwheat laid the foundation.
