Abstract
Speeding on road traffic is a serious violation of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China ,but some people hold different views to its concept.From the angle of law,this article analyzes the conditions which speeding is supposed to have.The setting of the speed limit signs by the traffic administrative departments should be scientific and the traffic administrative departments should protect the right of drivers’ enjoying the maximum speed of speed limit signs.
