Discussion on the Countermeasures of Speeding Driving

Speeding driving is a fairly popular phenomenon in the world and hard to deal with for traffic enforcement. In China, speeding has been causing large amounts of traffic accidents and remains as the major reason for traffic fatalities for many years. And to be the worst, the number of road accident fatality has been sharply increasing in recent years. This paper discussed the situation of driving over speed limits currently in China, and made a detailed analysis on the four causes, that is, road design, road marks, speed limits and execution of the law, and proposed the systematic countermeasures.
