The effect of psychological intervention on functional exercise of breast cancer patients who received radical mastectomy

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention on the anxiety and postoperative functional exercise of patients with breast cancer. Methods Forty eight patients who received radical mastectomy were included in this study,they were divided into observation group and control group randomly. Patients in control group were given conventional nursing,however,patients in observation group received psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing,compared the nursing efficacy between the two groups. Results The postoperative SAS score of observation group decreased significantly( P 0. 05),while the control group showed no obvious change( P 0. 05). The excellent and good rate of mastering functional exercises of observation group was significantly higher than control group( P 0. 05). Conclusions We acquire significant efficacy in the application of psychological intervention in nursing for patients received radical mastectomy,and worth of clinical promotion.
