Abstract

Objectives:Observation of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of lung function and its clinical curative effect.Methods:80 cases of acute onset of COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group in western medicine 40 patients with conventional treatment and add the slaves serve flavored decoction,40 patients with western medicine in conventional treatment. Two groups of patients, observe lung function and clinical symptoms and signs of improvement. Results:After a period of treatment, two groups after treatment, the first second(FEV1)gas exhaled, forced vital capacity(FVC)was all have improved, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group after treatment, the first second(FEV1)gas exhaled, forced vital capacity(FVC)improved compared with controls have significant difference(P0.05).Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group got clinical 12,23 cases, invalid in 5 cases, the total effective rate was 87.5%.Control and improvement of clinical 6 cases,24 cases were invalid 10 cases,75.0%.2 group total effectiveness is significant difference(P0.05).Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group of clinical symptoms and signs of improvement than in control group(P0.05).Conclusions:The combined treatment of Chinese and western medicine has a favorable clinical therapeutic effect in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases in acute exacerbation stage, with a superior effect to that of routine western medical treatment.
