Abstract

To promote the reform and development of special education,the research investigates 163 special education teachers in Shanghai through questionnaire and interview.The results indicate that the ratio of teachers who have received professional training is not high.Teachers' special education knowledge needs to be updated and expanded,and their professional skills such as rehabilitation training,behavior treatment as well as family education guidance need to be increased and improved.Teachers' professionalization development needs are extensive,but what is more urgent is the development of professional skills.At present,teachers' professionalization level needs to be improved to meet the educational needs.
