Development of professionalization for PE resource teachers under the background of inclusive education in China

Abstract
Under the guidance of inclusive education and from our national conditions,combined with development situation of special physical education and special physical education's characteristics,and on the basis of the investigation,it put forward to actively guide teachers with special physical education into teaching reflection of individual development,to strengthen resource teachers with physical education training before working and to use the linkage between intercollegiate development after-employment education of special training.And it provided resource teachers with physical education professional development policy,economy,system security and incentive mechanism,so as to realize the individual development and special physical education development.
