On the Problems and the Strategies in the Construction of the Grassroots Party Democracy of Colleges and Universities

As the cornerstone of Party democracy,the grassroots Party democracy occupies an important position in its construction.Currently,many problems exist in the construction of the grassroots Party democracy in colleges and universities,such as the inadequate guarantee of party members' right,the incomplete rationalized relationship of the inner-Party's institutional construction;the inadequate performance of democratic centralism,etc.Innovating democracy and the systematic project of developing the inner-Party democracy at the grass-roots level in institutions of higher education can be accomplished through giving full play to their democratic and institutional traditions and the initiatives of the vast numbers of the party members.
