Abstract

Inner-party democracy is the party's life,which is an important aspect of party building in colleges and universities.Great achievements have been made in inner-party democracy-building in colleges and universities;however,there are still many problems caused by certain reasons.The paper points out that the construction of system,the dominant status of party members respected,and further implementation of public affairs for colleges and universities can promote inner-party democracy-building to a new level.
