Abstract

The party of grassroots democracy is the cornerstone of democracy within the party.Currently exist,such as promoting grassroots democracy within the party members do not respect the principal position, the development of grassroots democracy within the party system, lack of motivation and construction of a series of problems is not enough science. Therefore, should focus on promoting grassroots democracy within the party to play the main role of party members, and actively cultivate the power to promote grassroots democracy within the party, the scientific system of building grassroots democracy within the party system, increase the degree of implementation of the system.
