Abstract

The power to business operation is the embodiments of the reforming enterprise continue to business and a decisive power for the process of corporate restructuring.Compared with the power to business operation under normal enterprise,it has been limited.we should choose the DIP,and make specific content and detailed rules for the operation,strengthen the protection system of creditors to remove obstacles for he purpose of enterprise reorganization.
