The rule of law in corporate is the core project in enterprise management system,which is the sound operation and good running condition of the enterprise system and the formation of good order for the members to comply with the system voluntarily.The rule of law in corporate provides effective protection for the enterprise,and it requires legal process in the enterprise management and decision-making,therefore,it avoids arbitrary individual decisions and strengthens standardized management of the enterprise with more rational corporate decision-making.In the context of the market economy,strengthening the rule of law has a distinctive epoch-making meaning and should have a sound system of content.
