The Gap,Deficiency and the Countermeasure to Handle them in the Construction of Rural Infrastructure of Henan Province

Infrastructure is the premise condition for the economic and social development.The deficiency in the construction of rural infrastructure will restrict the development of rural economy and society.Henan is a big agricultural province.At present,there still exists great gap and deficiency in the rural infrastructure in contrast with other advance provinces.Such condition is urgently wanted to be improved.For strengthening the construction of rural infrastructure of Henan province,firstly,it is necessary to investigate infrastructure in detail,direct guide and promote it step by step;secondly,to enlarge the finance investment;thirdly,absorb the non-government capital and fourthly,perfect the management system.
