Abstract

Rural infrastructure is public goods provided for rural producing and living.This article clears the status of rural infrastructure of Hebei province through empirical research,data analysis and comparative analysis,and applies the theory of public administration and economics;Finally make policy recommendations to solve the problem of rural infrastructure in Hebei Province from the institutional mechanisms,financial security,market orientation and urbanization strategy.
