The status and development strategies about infrastructure construction in rural areas of Henan province

In recent years,the great achievements of construct about rural infrastructure has made in henan province,but the development is unbalanced,the phenomenon of emphasizing on construction but neglecting management are widespread.The Government should increase investment,expand financing channels,to establish mechanisms of management and protection,so that the responsibilities,rights and interests were combined to ensure sustainable development of rural infrastructure.
