Clinical Analysis of Small Incision Phacoemulsification Operation in the Treatment of Cataract

Objective:To study of small incision phacoemulsification operation in the treatment of cataract.Method:70 cases of cataract patients,were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group using ordinary incision cataract operation treatment of traditional.The observation group with micro incision phacoemulsification operation treatment.After operation on the patients were followed up for 1 months,recorded and compared the visual acuity of two groups of patients after operation,1 d,1 week,1 month.Comparison of complications between two groups after operation.Result:1 months after operation,the recovery of the visual acuity in the observation group was better than that in control group,the difference was significant (P0.05).The total complication rate,the observation group of 2.86% less than 22.86% in the control group,the difference was significant (P0.05).Conclusion:Small incision phacoemulsification operation in the treatment of cataract curative effect is reliable,has good safety.
