Abstract
Objective:To establish a flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS) method to determine content of trace elements in Astragali Radix. Methods:Collect different sources of Astragali Radix medicinal herbs and use the mixed solution of HNO3and HClO4(4∶1) to digest the samples. The contents of Cu,Zn, Mn,Fe in the sample solution were determined by FAAS. Five kinds of the content of trace elements in Astragali samples were determined. Results:The content of trace element content in Astragali from high to low were Fe Zn Mn Cu,and the recovery rate of the method was 97.96% ~102.18%. Conclusion:This method is rapid, sensitive, good stability, and available for determing trace elements in Astragali Radix.
