Abstract
The contents of trace elements Ca,Fe,Cu,Zn and Mg in Bupleuri Radix were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The recovery rates obtained by standard addition method were between 97.46% and 102.32%,and the RSD was lower than 1.10%.The results of the determination showed that the Bupleuri Radix contained higher amounts of Ca,Fe and Mg,and lower amounts of Cu and Zn.
