Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analysis the contents of As,Hg,Cd,Pb in Radix Astragali.METHODS Detection 4 kinds of heavy metal by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.RESULTS The content of As,Hg,Cd,Pb in Seselopsis was 0.6053,0.0130,0.0082,7.1975(mg·kg-1) respectively. For all of the analyzed heavy metals, the correlative coefficient of the calibration curves was over 0.9995;the recovery was 98.3%~101.5% with RSD of less 2.1%.CONCLUSION The method is quick, convenient, acquired accurate and highly sensitive, which can be used in the quantitative determination of heavy metal elements in Radix Astragali.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
