Abstract
Objective To investigate the absorbability of the PVC infusion sets to enoxacin. Methods Solution of enoxacin was prepared as peractual concentration needed by the clinic, with the peak area of the dripped solution determined at different timepoints and compared with that at 0h. Results In the end of infusion, the adsorption rate of PVC sets on enoxacin were 1.75% and 2.00%. Conclusion PVC infusion sets have no absorbability on enoxacin.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
