Abstract

The legal relationship between college students and their colleges and universities,is currently classified in different opinions into the following: civil legal relationship,administrative legal relation,besonderes Gewaltverhaltnis,education relations in law or the mixed-legal relations,and so on.Through analyzing these points of view,this paper believes that college students with the legal relationship between the colleges and universities is a mixed-legal relations,but education is the main legal relationship,though there are civil law relations in some areas.
