The Analysis of Legal Relationship between Colleges and Students

Abstract
The domestic and foreign theory basis about defining legal relationship between colleges and students include the theory of special right relationship,the theory of public law contract,the theory of private law contract,the theory of surrogate parents,the theory of privileges,the theory of constitution and the theory of trust,etc.The views of our academia about the legal relationship between colleges and students include the special right relationship,the education legal relationship,the administrative legal relationship,and the civil legal relationship.This paper analyses legal relationship between the colleges and students from the game analyzing point of view to make a conclusion that we can use the combination theory.
