Abstract
With the appearances of administrative reviews and administrative lawsuits in educational field,legal theorists and educational researchers begin to explore the relationship between colleges and students academically.The Legal relationship between colleges and students is neither the typical administrative nor typical civil legal relationship.It's a complicated one with special structures,namely a education relationship based on educating and receiving education.
