Abstract

Objective To establish the method for direct determination of multi-elements in urine by Octopole Reaction Sysem Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ORS-ICP-MS).Methods The samples were diluted by 5% HNO3.The solution was directly analyzed by ORS-ICP-MS for the determination of ten elements including Pb,As,V,Cd,etc. Results The detection limit of each element was between 0.10~1.02 μg/L with good standard linear correlations(r0.999).Standard deviations was below 8% with the recoveries of 86.4~111%.Standard reference materials were used for quality control and the analysis results confirmed well to the certified values. Conclusion The method was proved to be simple, rapid, accurate and reliable and could applied to the analysis of the sample with satisfactory results.
