Abstract
Based on the historical evolution of the basic sports law,the functions and positioning of sports administration organizations,sports policies and the relevant laws,application of law in sports affairs,etc.,the article introduces the general situation of the Japanese sports law system and reveals the revelation of Japanese sports laws for the sports legislation in China from the aspects of sports legislation,management system,sports associations,relevant industries,sports disputes and security management.
