Abstract
One of the major tasks for the Chinese sports legislation is to take the essences of the sports laws and regulations of the past to perfect the national sports law and regulation construction.In this paper,comparison of the contemporary Sports Law and the national government sports laws and regulations was made as to general regulation,sports for all,school sports,competitive sports,sports social groups,security and legal liability etc.Problems and features were shown.Suggestions were made.
