Abstract

Sports policies and sports laws have different functions,which play important roles in the sports reform.The sports rule by law requires the understanding of its meaning and the governmental institutions,especially the sports institutions should guide the sports activities by law and prevent sports policy violation.Meanwhile,sports policy and law conflict supervision system and transformation system should be more standardized.The sports policies should be foreseeing,strategy-based and instant.
