Abstract

Objective: To analyze the overall clinical features of induced in published Chinese literatures during the past eleven years.Methods: Using drug and liver injury as the keywords,cases-analyze literatures on induced from 2000 to 2011 in Chinese Periodical Full text Database were searched and downloaded.Information of patients' gender and age,drugs used and clinical features was recorded and analyzed.Results: It was reported in Chinese literatures that induced occured more frequently in male;Antineoplastics,antituberculotics,traditional Chinese medicines,antibiotics and antithyroid drugs were the five most commonly seen drugs which may cause injury.Conclusion: The reasonable application guidance of the damage should be strengthen.
