Clinical Effect of Triple Therapy of Metronidazole,Amoxicillin and Lansoprazole on Helicobacter Pylori Positive Peptic Ulcer

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of triple therapy of metronidazole,amoxicillin and lansoprazole on Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer. METHODS 60 cases with Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given ranitidine,amoxicillin,and metronidazole. The observation group was given lansoprazole,amoxicillin and metronidazole. Evaluation of the therapeutic effect in two groups was done,the Helicobacter pylori eradication situation was observed in the two groups. RESULTS The total effective rate(cure rate + improvement rate) in observation group was 95%,the total effective rate(cure rate + improvement rate) in control group was 81. 6%,the total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05). Helicobacter pylori eradication rate in observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05). CONCLUSION The curative effect of triple therapy of metronidazole,amoxicillin and lansoprazole on Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer was significantly,the effect of Helicobacter pylori eradication is good,and the therapy is worth learning.
