Efficacy of treating Hp positive peptic ulcer with metronidazole,amoxicillin and lansoprazole

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of treating Hp positive peptic ulcer with metronidazole,amoxicillin and lansoprazole.Methods 84 patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in the treatment group were treated with the combined administration of metronidazole,amoxicillin,and lansoprazole,while the patients in the control group were treated with the combined administration of metronidazole,amoxicillin and ranitidine.The course of treatment lasted for 28 days.The efficacy of the patients in both groups were compared.Results The recovery rate and the Helicobacter pylori eradication rate of the patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Treating Hp positive peptic ulcer with metronidazole,amoxicillin and lansoprazole which has obvious efficacy and less adverse reaction is worth promoting in clinical practice.
