Investigation of reason and protective measure of urination disorders after operation-TURP

Objective To investigate the reason and protective measure of urination disorders after TURP(transurethral resection of prostate).Methods The cause of postoperative dysuria of 35 cases patients were analyzed.Results In 35 patients,18cases were not complete for gland tissue excision,accounted for 51.43%(18/35).10 cases were the apex of the prostate tissue residues within the 18 cases,accounting for residual prostatic tissue was 55.56%(10/18).8cases were urethral stricture.4cases were bladder neck contracture;3cases were posterior urethral calculus.2cases were function disorder of bladder detrusor.In 35 patients,dysuria symptoms in 34 patients were improved after the treatment,only 1cases of bladder detrusor dysfunction was not obviously improved.Conclusion The prostate gland tissue residue is the main cause of dysuria after TURP,removal of the apex of the prostate gland tissue is an important factor in the effectiveness of TURP operation,standard operation training for the operation doctor is an important measure to reduce the complications of transurethral resection of the prostate.
