Abstract
Objective:To establish the method of detecting the contents of quercetin and isorhamnetin, and to detectire the contents of the two types of aglycone in difforont parts of seabuckthorn. Methods :The mobile phase consisted of Methanol-0.4% phosphoric aicd(58 :42).The detective wavelength was at 370nm.Detective the hydrlyed sample which was after methanol extract. Results :The contents of quercetin and isorhamnetin in the stems, leares and fruit of seabuckthorn wore respectively:0.276,2.11,0.574,0.463,1.60,0.729mg/g.Conclusion :This method is simple, quick and accurate.
