Abstract
OBJECTIVE To determine the content of total flavonoid aglycone in seabuckthorn seed residues METHODS The contents of flavonoid aglycones were detected by HPLC after methanol extract of seabuckthorn seed residues was hydrolyzed The mobile phase consisted of Methanol H 2 O (60∶40) The detection wavelength was at 368 nm and the flow rate was at 1 0 mL·min -1 RESULTS The contents of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhmnetin were 18 58,122 50 and 27 64 mg in 100 g seabuckthorn seed residues respectively The recoverys of quercetin, kaempferol and isorhmnetin were 99 47%, 103 70% and 98 51 %,respectively CONCLUSION This method was simple, accurate and rapid
