Application effect of general anesthesia and spinal-epidural anesthesia in hip replacement surgery

Abstract

Objective To discuss the application effect of general anesthesia and spinal-epidural anesthesia in hip replacement surgery.Methods 80 patients with hip replacement surgery were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to anesthesia approach.Patients in the observation group were given spinalepidural anesthesia while patients in the control group were given general anesthesia.Narcotic analgesic efficacy and complications were compared between the two groups.Results Total effective rate of anaesthesia in the observation group and the control group was 96.3%and 92.3%respectively with no statistical difference(P0.05).Onset time of anesthesia and completely block time of the observation group was shorter than the control group,and there was fewer complications in the observation group than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Analgesic effect of general anesthesia and spinal-epidural anesthesia was no obvious difference,but onset time and completely block time of spinal-epidural anesthesia with few complications is shorter in the hip replacement operation/The spinal-epidural is safe and reliable.
