Safe Campus: Some Reflections on its Legislation

The public security problems on campus have been a focus of attention in China,whose relative weak legislation is the bottle-neck for solving the related problems.While promoting its legislation,we should regard the college-campus security as a special part of public security and adopt a step-by-step approach to its legislation.While granting the right of enforcing the campus security law,the colleges should have a clear understanding of their responsibility for informing the students of security knowledge and the precaution against possible risks.
