STUDY IN THE THEORY PROBLEMS OF TODAY′S ESTABLISHING CAMPUS SECURITY ACT

In order to fulfill the scientific point of view of development,set up the stable harmonious society,pledge the continuous development of schools,to ensure the safety on campus is indeed.To administer education by law is the requirement of the day,but China's education legislation has not given an enough response to it,hence,a lot of problems which can not be solved by our laws on education exist.What's more,they destroy the schools' images in public,break the schools' daily work on education and ultimately endanger China's education revolutions and development.This article argues for the necessity and feasibility of making a safety law for schools The purpose of the safety law for schools is that according to China's conditions to properly deal with the personal injury as a result of any accidents in schools,to guarantee the schools and their students' legitimate rights,and to safeguard the regular teaching and learning order in schools.
