Abstract

At present,with the new changes of international political and economic situation,colleges and universities must control the factors affecting the harmony of campus,perfect emergency-prevention plan and system of handling public emergencies,deal with conflicts inside and outside the campus,and finally strengthen the education and management of special groups.Taking the aspects above into consideration,this essay analyzes the factors that affect harmonious campus construction and then offers some counterstrategies.
