Abstract
To build China with the emphasis on independent innovation is now an important development strategy of the Eleventh Five-Year Plan.Independent innovation becomes the motive power for China's development as it is necessary for the progress of science and technology,for the construction of cities.Therefore it must be made clear that independent innovation is the right principle to follow in pursuing success.
