Abstract

Accompany with the increasing demands of acceleration of industrial structure and fierce competition,independent innovation have become the key of sustainable development of a district and it is of utmost to discover and develop a method of independent innovation which can make full use of its advantage.This article firstly analyze the situation of educational and scientific resource of NanJing,then point out the commonly mechanism and existed problems,and give some suggestions about construction of the special independent innovation of NanJing.
