Abstract
A test was made on the treatment of oily wastewater of oil field by electro-Fenton method. The results showed that with the process, the treatment effect was marked. After 1 h of reaction, the removal efficiency of COD, oil reserve and total bacterial plate counts attained above 90%, 95%, 99%, respectively. Fe(OH)3 made in the reaction could be used repeatedly by flocculating and pH adjusting. The sludge generated in the system was litter.
