Abstract
Water resources is the material basis of human beings' survival and the development of social and economic,and it is important natural resource that can't be replaced and the strategic economic resources.It is one of the leading cumberers of China's development that the problem of water resources,which are made up of the lack of the water resources and the worsening of the water quality.As the most important instrument to solve the problem of the water resources,it is very necessary in these days,which studies on the optimal allocation of water resources,especially studies on the integrated optimal allocation of water quality and water quantity.So this study is important and has theoretical value and practical meaning.The existing research results of optimal allocation of water resources of the domestic and overseas are summarized on the basis of consulting some literatures.From the aim and request of the sustainable develop-ment's viewpoint,the shortcomings of optimal allocation of water resources at present.
