Review of Research on Joint Allocation of Water Quality and Quantity

China's water resources exist water crisis,water security problems: such as water resources shortage,worsening water pollution,water quality deterioration. The joint allocation of water quality and quantity is one of the effective measures to solve the current problem of water resources. The research status of the joint allocation of water quality and quantity is analyzed. Finally,the drawback of existing research is proposed and its developing trend is prospected with advanced technology.
