Abstract
Hesperidin was extracted from Fructus Aurantii Immaturus by an ultrasonic-assisted technology. The influences of ultrasonic temperature, ultrasonic time, solvent pH and solid-liquid ratio on the extraction rate were examined through single-factor experiments and orthogonal tests. The results showed the optimum technological conditions as follows:ultrasonic temperature 40℃,ultrasonic time 40 min, solvent pH 8 and solid-liquid ratio 1 :4.The extraction rate could reach 3.15% under these conditions.
