Abstract

Objective To optimize an extraction method of hesperidin.MethodsTaking the extraction rate of hesperidin as assessment index,an optimized extraction process was selected with the orthogonal design.ResultsThe optimum extraction process conditions were as follows:adding 20ml pure methanol,processing for 15 minutes with ultrasonic wave.ConclusionThe optimal process is convenient and stable,with high yield of effective ingredients.
