Abstract
Objective To explore the chang of transforming growth factor-β1 and matrix metalloproteinase-8 in sera. Methods The expression of TGF-β1,MMP-8 in sera in patients with RA was measured by ELISA method. Results The contents of serum TGF-β1 in patients with RA were lower than those in normal subjects. But the contents of serum MMP-8 in patients with RA were higher. Conclusion TGF-β1 and MMP-8 take part in the occurrence or development course of RA.Its plays an important role in inflammatory cell transforming and aggregating to synovial tissue.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
