Influence artificial hip replacement patients of early nursing interventions on the functional rehabilitation of medium and long term

Objective: To investigate the early nursing intervention for hip replacement patients in rehabilitation.Methods: Chose our hospital from December 2010 to December 2011 for artificial hip replacement of 66 cases by digital method were randomly divided into control group and experiment group,33 cases in each group,the control group implemented routine nursing,rehabilitation group developed early rehabilitation nursing program,used Harris score on the hip joint function,the two groups of patients functional recovery was evaluated,had a comparative analysis.Results: Findings at admission in two groups of patients with Harris score comparison,there were no significant differences between them.At the time of discharge,each index score Harris of rehabilitation group was better than in the control group(P 0.05),nursing after 3 months,12 months and 24 months Harris score compared with the control group,rehabilitation group rehabilitation status than those in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion: The artificial hip replacement patients early rehabilitation nursing on postoperative long-term rehabilitation effect plays a very important role,can significantly improve the motor function of the patients,improve the quality of life.
