Impact of rehabilitation nursing training on rehabilitation effect of patient after total hip arthroplasty

Abstract
Objective To investigate impact of rehabilitation nursing training on rehabilitation effect of patient after total hip arthroplasty. Methods 140 cases of patients after total hip arthroplasty were selected as as the study objects and divided into control group and rehabilitation group according to the different nursing method,each group of 70 cases. Routine nursing was used in control group,on the basis of routine nursing,rehabilitation nursing training was used in rehabilitation group.Harris score of patient in total hip replacement before and after 3,6,9,12,24 months in two groups was compared respectively. Results Harris score of patient in total hip replacement before and after 3,6,9,12,24 months in rehabilitation group was higher than that in control group and before the operation respectively,with statistical difference(P0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing training can significantly improve Harris score of patient and improve patient′ quality of life.
