The Sodium Nitroprusside Joint Dopamine Infusion Therapy Efficacy Analysis of 68 Patients with Acute Heart Failure Patients

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of sodium nitroprusside joint dopamine infusion therapy in patients with acute heart failure.Methods:68 patients with acute heart failure patients admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to March 2012,then divided into two groups,each group with 34 cases,the control group received conventional therapy,the observation group on the basis of conventional treatment the nitroprusside with dopamine infusion therapy.The two groups were compared clinical outcomes.Results:The total effective rate in observation group was more than the control group(P0.05).Stroke volume (SV) and left ventricular ejection fraction (IVEF) in observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Sodium nitroprusside joint dopamine infusion treatment of acute heart failure effects to be significantly superior to conventional drug treatment,it is worthy clinical widely promoted and applied.
