Effect analysis of cardiac diuretic combined sodium nitroprusside in treatment of refractory heart failure

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of cardiac diuretics(DA) combined with sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods:96 patients with intractable heart failure patients in January 2008 to January 2010 were divided into control group and observation group,48 cases each.Control group received conventional treatment,included oxygen,rest,diet guidance,anti-infection,cardiac,diuretic,blood vessels expand,the observation group received dopamine + sodium nitroprusside on the basis of the control group,therapeutic effects were compared.Results:The control group total effective rate was 75.00%,the observation group was 93.75%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);blood pressure,heart rate,LVEF of observation group were better than the control group(P0.05);two groups had no difference in side effects(P0.05).Conclusion:The conventional treatment plus dopamine on sodium nitroprusside treatment of refractory heart failure,the effect is more obvious,it can significantly improve the heart function,improve LVEF,and will not increase the side effects,worthy of clinical application.
