Abstract

Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical nursing of respiratory department of internal medicine patients in icu. Methods A retrospective analysis of 110 cases of severe respiratory disease patients with respiratory department of internal medicine in our hospital, were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,55 cases in each group, the control group was given routine nursing, the intervention group for emergency nursing intervention based on routine nursing. Results Compared with care before, two groups of nursing after oxygen partial pressure increased significantly(P0.05),carbon dioxide partial pressure, respiratory rate, heart rate decreased significantly(P0.05);compared with the control group after nursing intervention group, nursing after oxygen partial pressure, carbon dioxide partial pressure, respiratory rate, heart rate increased/decreased more obviously(P0.05).Conclusion Nursing and rescue method is correct, can effectively reduce the sicker patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
